2. Services and Bookings
All event bookings and service agreements are subject to availability and formal written confirmation. Quins Events & Media reserves the right to adjust service delivery parameters in consultation with the client to maintain our standards of excellence.
3. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, event concepts, media assets, and designs produced by Quins Events & Media remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.
4. Liability and Insurance
While we maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance, clients are encouraged to obtain specific event insurance. Quins Events & Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party vendor failures.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate (United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and Bangladesh). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective courts.
